Keynote speakers
Martin Snedden, CNZM
Collaboration doesn’t come much bigger in scale than an entire nation. As CEO of Rugby New Zealand 2011, Martin was responsible for organising and running the Rugby World Cup. Dozens of cities and towns, hundreds of clubs, hundreds of employees, thousands of volunteers, millions of fans. They all came together to create ‘A Stadium of 4 Million’. |
Dale Williams, ONZM
Hear how Dale transformed Otorohanga to achieve sustainable full employment for youth. As a three-term Mayor, he engaged all parts of the community and encouraged them to collaborate in ways they had never before. So successful was his approach, it led to the launch of the New Zealand Mayors Taskforce for Jobs, a 'Youth to Work' strategy, for use in all communities. |
Breakout session leaders
Shawn Callahan
Shawn will be hosting the session on Collaborative Communication. Shawn founded Anecdote – a highly-regarded story-based management consulting firm – with the clear purpose of restoring humanity to the workplace, using story work as its method. This includes helping companies craft their strategic story, teaching business leaders to be better storytellers, and collecting stories so that employees can work out for themselves what needs to change. |
